When I or he host a server and the one not hosting try to join we get stuck in loading screen and then we start to hear waves, seagulls and music and think "ohh we must be joining now ", BUT NO, then we get sent back to Main Menu or (for me at least) the game crashes.
I've tried restarting my router, my computer, I've tried everything. I've eve tried re-installing my drivers, BUT NOTHING WORKS.

If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of players reported it helped them, so you may try that out.
Some ISP like Bezeq International Ltd, Ziggo, telnet, Xfinity, Spectrum, are blocking our servers, so disabling advanced security feaures provided by them might be good idea as well

I tried and it worked for like five minutes then i crashed again, i can join but our games are not synced.

Then you also need to make sure both your game clients updated properly - restart the steam and verify your game files.
