Can't join friends server and he can't join mine

We get stuck in loading screen, then we see each others name appear and then we are kicked back to main menu.

We have allowed firewall etc, still not working.

If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of players reported it helped them, so you may try that out.

Some ISP like Bezeq International Ltd, Ziggo, telnet, Xfinity, Spectrum, are blocking our servers, so disabling advanced security feaures provided by them might be good idea as well

Well, then unfortunately its an ISP problem and you would need to contact your ISP to request whitelisting of our servers.

Or alternatively wait for the game update that might help with your issue - we're currently working on it.

Do you have list of the servers that need whitelistet, if the update you are pushing through to fix it dosen't do the trick? 🙂

Domain to whitelist: *.windrose.support (all subdomains)
Port number: 3478
Protocols: UDP and TCP
Traffic type: STUN/TURN (used for P2P and NAT traversal)

i have access to setup this myself now, the ISP doesen't provide support for it, but not sure exactly what to setup?
