Thanks for the report! Can you provide screenshots of your inventory with naval supplies and of your trading screen, where you should be able to sell them (right after the first screenshot)?

Make sure you sell them on their base, not on Tortuga

I'm having the same issue. The problem is that the crates of Naval Supplies say "Brethren of the Coast" and there's no Brethren Buyer that I've found. The "People of Tortuga" don't want them and neither do Buccaneers or Smugglers.
