#"Razor" sword not adding crit chance to my Stat screen

I have the razor equipped and it wont give the 10% crit to my stat screen, but when I have the privateer set or increase my mastery skill the crit does increase. Is this a visual bug or an item bug?

Thanks for the report. It is intended that way. Extra crit chance is active regardless.
