Hi!
After installing the update, the game stopped loading. The loading screen keeps showing endlessly with changing tips at the bottom of the screen.

Before this, I played fine for over 12 hours yesterday.
I verified the game files.
The R5.log is attached. There is endless "R5LogLoadingScreen: [005917] UR5LoadingScreenManager::UpdateCurrentReason No description for loading screen reason LoadingScreen.Reason.DataKeeper.LoggingIn [D:\Source\Build\work\gameRepoCheckoutDir\Plugins\R5CommonUtils\Source\R5LoadingScreen\Private\R5LoadingScreenManager.cpp:221]

Can you please tell me if you were playing on several PCs recently or just one?

Hello, yes i played before on my notebook and encountered a problem today, when started game on the PC with steam cloud save.

Unfortunately we are encountering an issue where our saves could get corrupted while syncing with Steam Cloud. I am extreamly sorry taht you have encountered it 🙁

There is a chance that the save files could still be restored, but I'm afraid it's not guaranteed 🙁

What I would suggest you to try is the following:

  1. Disable steam cloud saves
  2. %Localappdata%\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles(some numbers)\RocksDB\0.10.0\Accounts(some numbers)\CURRENT
  3. Open with any text editor (notepad), it will contain text like MANIFEST-000005
  4. In same folder look for file called MANIFEST-XXXXXX
  5. If file name is not the same as from CURRENT step 3 - rename it to match step 3.
