Perfected Form Two Handed Talent Doesn't Work.

I have 3 points for 25% stamina use reduction and it make no difference. I have tested it with Two Handed sword and Halberd. My stamina is the same with and without. Any one else notice this? Screenshot of with and without talents after first swing.

i will like to had that the crit bonus talent on 2 hands doesnt work too , or at least doesnt show on the stats

Doesn't show on the stats. Its consistent for all weapon-type-specific buffs, like one-handed crit or some weapons passive crit chance bonuses.
