Since there is a problem with saving if you play from multiple devices via Steam Cloud, I had to start from scratch. I lost everything and now I'm starting from scratch, so it is advisable to keep Steam Cloud active or not while waiting for a solution.

Good day! I am very sorry that you have experienced this issue. It is indeed true that our saves could get corrupted while syncing through Steam cloud.

It is currently advised to to not use cloud saves.

We are trying to understand why this happen and how we can adress this. But it could take some time unfortunately.

Just to confirm - I've disabled steam cloud, enabling it could lead to loss of data? Would I be able to import my non steam cloud data later once a fix is found?

Yes, steam cloud only syncs on launch and exit of the specific game and there is a way to force your local save upon the cloud

ok then it's better to save on local storage, after a solution you can use the Cloud I understood correctly

What if cloud saves already syncing before backup of local saves?

Me, for example, now can't enter to the game witn endless loading screen

there were several possible solutions to that, but I'm afraid they not always work 🙁

Possible solution one:
Disable steam cloud saves
%Localappdata%\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles(some numbers)\RocksDB\0.10.0\Accounts(some numbers)\CURRENT
Open with any text editor (notepad), it will contain text like MANIFEST-000005
In same folder look for file called MANIFEST-XXXXXX
If file name is not the same as from CURRENT step 3 - rename it to match step 3.

i Have disabled cloud synch on my main system but that comes with the cavite pf not being able to play on GFN or my steamdeck or any system not my desktop. is there any details or info the team can share on the problem or how close/ inportant to the team is finding a soultuon to this problem Game is wonderfull at the moment but i really want to be able to play it more places.
