when i am in ship combat and i rotate around my enemy and i try to have my camera keep up by moving my mouse so that i keep looking at it something is happening that my head is spinning and my sight gets blurry in real life i think it is just on the edge of getting motion sick

i tried putting v sync on what helped a little and tried to put my fps on 60 but i still get it i also have motion blur off
this also just happens just when i am on third person view and not ship view
i think it happens when i move my mouse to reposition my camera the camera also is doing some auto repositioning maybe that is the problem?

I as example when i were playing GTA online with friends i had to be driver. Otherwise i had motion sickness symptomps. (I can drive irl myself without a issue but i am getting motion sickness as passenger)
Going back to the main topic. Games are having accessibility options so more ppl can play it because it means they can sell more copies as long as they know what they can do about it. Its like options for colorblind ppl. In my case any head wobbling in first person games are high nono to.
So author of this topic should know/learn what exactly is causing his issue and what devs could potentialy consider to add as option to fix it

i think the problem is that when i try to move my camera to the right to look at the enemy while trying to attack him while holding a to turn around him while turning the camera is repositioning it self to the left while i try to put the camera to the right to look at the enemy
