Server Problem

Hello, I have a problem. I can't access my server anymore. I immediately end up back in the main menu after the loading screen. Please help. Server provider: G-Portal

We have the same Issue, server is hosted in Germany, Frankfurt, Provider: G-Portal

Yes, exactly, does nobody know what the reason is or when it will work again?

I was just told the servers should be working again by 11 am 🙂

Have done this method, in my case it worked

But what was the mistake? Was it just on gportal side ? Server backend related ?
It would be nice to know the issue and solution.

i have, and it only let me connect once. tried again and i'm back at square 1

just tried deleteing server and uploading save file for the server, worked. but gona try relogging again and see if it works properly

i just right clicked and it worked for me. but to upload your going to need filezilla - a ftp progrma

in G-Portal you can upload it directly, like you download it

you have a Upload button up there

deleted and made new server still getting kicked to main menu 🙁

when you say deleted, do you delete as in using the trashcan?
or
as in factory reset?

becouse what i did was use trashcan. then reinstall a new server in same cloud.

wierd, ive closed my game serveral times now and reloged into server and i have 2 pepople already playing again.

no idea why its not working for you guys :/

ye noticed our server just restarted and ui updated something in console

For me, the server from G-Portal is working again
