Hey @grizzled glacier one of our servers seems to be stuck in the infinite restart loop also.

I am checking the logs to see if anything is awry while connecting to it

For now no loops are happening

I managed to connect to the server, are you still experiencing any other issues?
I'll leave the web-interface there just to see if it by any chance happens again

Looks like its back to normal now. That was happening for roughly ~2hrs after a manual shutdown and then startup before I noticed the interface cycling.

Thanks for the info it's very valuable I'll send this to the team to see if it's anything hosting related.

I'll stay on the web-interface and peruse the log files just in case I find something that can be resolved right away.

Was the world you've used by any chance a singleplayer world before?

Nope, its been a MP world since the start, on day 1 of EA.

Just to not leave the conversation in the air, for now I couldn't find anything that could be the cause.
I've escalated this to our internal channels just in case if we find something that might be awry from our side to try to resolve the issue.

Looks like we are back in the restart loop. This just happened after the server appeared to crash into a restart during a boss fight.

@gray vigil the serve ris now starting back up and should be available shortly. I will be monitoring the server to make sure it stays up. Our apologies for the delay in this thread.
