The server restarts and displays as online very briefly, before then displaying the restarting again. Havent had luck in over an hour yet

just had it happen again. This time i had the server force stopped for a few minutes before trying to launch it. Same thing happened. restarts after about 5 minutes. Then it will show as online for about 60 seconds. Then it restarts. It will say "updating" while restarting for maybe 10 seconds sometimes.

so that all started after i did a manual restart. was that something i should avoid doing to prevent this?
