Any fix to this? Not able to host when connected to my home wifi but works fine with my phones hotspot.

Sounds like either your ISP is blocking things (residential ISP's are notorious for having "security" features enabled; or your modem / router isn't set up with UPNP which I know is a requirement for a dedicated server, just not sure if it's required for P2P.

Try using a VPN. Cloudflare warp is a free one id recommend
