Hi Server crashed. Tried to stop and restart, said there was an update, but was stuck in a restart loop apparently. Tried to restore old save, same thing. Help?

Update, restore to last save finally worked, however I LOST a ton of my build. UGH.

Hello Nells, sorry to hear about the lost progress.
Just to confirm this only happened once the update came out correct?
Was there something else done prior to the server crashing?

Hi! Yes that is correct, we had just killed the Undead, gathered the loot, and were working on the Blackbeard camp, when it crashed. I think I saw someone was updating the server? Maybe could we get a notification, that way we could save at that moment.

Since the one you've sent isn't directing me to a profile with a server.

UGH...I used to have a G-Portal Server, mebbe I will go back to their servers. This is awful. I JUST re-built what I lost last night. And with no clear way to backup my server (that I can find), this is beyond frustrating.

I do think they should let folks know if they are monkeying with the servers, so we can log and not lost stuff.
