I have a Nitrado server and so far I am the one who has accessed it. It lags , hitches and disconnect me all the time. I have reinstalled it once and have rebooted multiple times. User id = 12925241 Could someone take a look at this please?

Came back from testing your server and didn't experience any hitches or lags.
Just in case want me to issue a hardware change to see if we can make the routing a bit less jumpy for you and make it less laggy?
Also can you tell me please if you are using a VPN by any chance?

I am the only one who has been on the server. I do not have a vpn. Yes please issue a hardware change.
Maybe a server location change? Miami was the only option when I created teh server

Chicago or Dallas
Chicago or Dallas are generally teh servers I connect to for other games and services
NY is better than Miami though if that is all that is available

Btw Edin. Talk to your bosses and see if they can get a server in Dallas or Chicago one day. Everyone body in the center of the US gets routed thru those two cities.

Yeah its a big process to establish them, but they are aware of the midwest/east locations lacking

I am connecting to the server as we speak to test it since im am based in EU
Works like a charm for me even with this distance
