After the initial launch, the game goes past the Unreal Engine logo but gets infinitely stuck on the following loading screen. Usual advice such as deleting the saved folder in appdata, file verification, reinstalling, changing the drive does not work. Please help.

One other issue that may cause that is rare or non unicode supported symbols in windows user username

i've changed my windows username, i'll reinstall the game and see if it works

Deleting saved folder should be enough

#

No need to reinstall the game

#

Press Win+R -> %localappdata%\R5
Delete "Saved" folder

I have changed my microsoft account name, but im trying to find a safe way to change the name visible on the files themselves

However, are there plans for a patch to support such symbols? I assume plenty of people might have the same issue due to using their native tongue
