Start Game up and it just goes to load screen forever. I have tried Verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling, updating video drivers. None work. - On side note on my older system it (at work) it runs fine just not at home....

Looks like one of two
- Windows user name having rare symbols or some non unicode supported characters. Renaming windows user to have only simple english letters helps.
- Savefile was corrupted with bad steam cloud sync. You can do the following - disable steam cloud saves, then delete %localappdata%\R5\Saved\ folder.
If you invoke 2. your progress will be lost though
