Client/Player cannot Equip Tools from their Action Bar.

On a Multiplayer Server, the Client cannot equip a tool into their hand. I tested this with the Rapier, Musket, Axe, and Pickaxe and all EXCEPT for the musket did not appear in the player's hand. Beyond the visual issue, the player cannot use the tool to attack or harvest, blocking the player from using those tools to progress in the game. My friends and I play on a BisectHosting server and started the game yesterday and played for a few hours. Today, I restarted our server for the update and when I logged on, I was unable to pull out my tools. I tried restarting the server, and I tried restarting my client, but the issue continues to persist.

Repro Steps:

1. Launch and Load into Game.
2. Put a tool in your action bar to equip.
3. Attempt to Equip the tool.
4. Notice that the hand is adjusted like it is gripping a tool, but the tool is floating near the player belt.

Hey! Thanks for the report. Try restarting the steam to force the updates check and install all the updates (might also be needed for the coop host and other players)
