Hi everyone! I'm playing from Kazakhstan. I’m experiencing a really weird issue for the second day now and wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.
I'm getting an infinite loading screen, but there's a catch: the game randomly chooses to launch in either English or Russian by itself (I can't change the language manually). If it randomly launches in English, the loading screen never ends. But if it happens to launch in Russian, the game loads and works perfectly fine.
Has anyone else encountered this bug? I would appreciate any help or ideas on how to fix this!

Unfortunately, I am playing from a cybercafe/PC club, and the system is strictly locked down by the administrator. I don't have access to the Win + R command, the C:\ drive, or the AppData folder to get the logs. Is there any other way I can help?

Oh, unfortunately not much we can do. And also pretty much any possible solution would require you to do things that won't be allowed in the PC club (reinstalling the game, running diagnostics commands, editing/moving/deleting game files or system files).
