Nitrado server issues

i bought the subscription tried to start to join the server and keep getting hit with server not found error ive tried 5 different troubleshooting methods showcased in some of the videos released on the topic to include the xfinity security ips issues as well as restarting network settings and diving into the command prompts nothing has worked did i just waste my money or is this something i can fix ID-12941372

Please navigate to your server General Settings at the left-side panel of the web interface

You'll be able to find your server password there

last question is there a way to port a save to the server as to not start from the beggining
