Sadly, this is how some " get around " the Co-Op / PvE play of it. They troll like this instead.

Should have it , that if you build it , you set a lock on it or leave it open.

That way, you have the option for community chests , but can make sure that your stuff is secure.

Also beware of Robertax! Exactly the same thing. Griefinf and stealing and demolishing. Password changed and player hopefully banned from our server, and I asked in Discord support for afull ban. So yeah, do not invite Robertax

Totally agree, I moved from Valheim to here. A very simple ward like a skull on a pole or something - and boom, problem solved 🙂

we need more than that, as someone said and as I have seen as a Valheim player for many moons, a ward feature! Cos they do not just steal, they demolish entire bases 🙁 So a protectiob ward with option to add friends like Valheim does solves the issue

It would make sense if it had a pvp or teams element.. but it’s intended to just be coop.. I think a teams version would be sick though because the combat and sea battles but I think right now people only want players to join if their helping and contributing

Valheim added whitelist so people can be vetted on a test server then added to the primary server.
Then with mods you can also stop it and make new characters forced on server specific only

The thing is , in a game thats been made co-op, were the only friendly fire is cutting down a tree that falls on a teammate,. Then this is the way that the griefers and trolls grief.

This is why I have only joined people now , and why I have a vetting system if I ever let others into my own game.

When I join , I am there to help. I am not there to carry them through, just to lend a hand when they ask.
