We're currently in talks with Bezeq, and we need to supply them with traceroutes in order to help us fix potential connectivity issues.

A traceroute is a diagnostic command that shows the path your internet traffic takes from your computer to a destination server (identified by its IP address or hostname). For every network hop along the way, it reports the response time in milliseconds (ms).

When you experience connection problems, like as slow response, disconnects, high latency, or packet loss, a traceroute helps us identify where along the route the issue is occurring.

If you're up to it, which would be greatly appreciated, I'll describe next steps in a separate thread to not spam here

I have had no issue with xfintiy since launch. Following the provided faq troubleshooting I have been able to successful host my own dedicated server for multiple friends.

with advanced security enabled in the xfinity app it would trigger these two alerts but you can bypass this by disabling advanced security in the app.

I did have an issue where the ports would go stale and i had to force the server to try and connect each hour for it to remain open when no player was logged in. but since the direct ip update it has been runing great.

Ill switch back to the invite code method and see if the server remains online for the day and report back.

Issue: I’ve had zero issues playing this game on my friends GPortal hosted server Friday 4/17 & Saturday 4/18. on Sunday 4/19 after the update I am unable to connect to his server on GPortal. I’m stuck on an infinite loading screen that freezes when it tries to “load me into the world” because I can hear the ocean audio but my screen is frozen on the loading page. When the loading screen freezes with the ocean audio playing the games becomes unresponsive to ALT F4 and takes a second to respond. My friend is able to connect to the server though.
