The server is in a constant restart, update, restart.
What I have tried so far, stopping the server, waiting for it to show stopped, then telling the server to start again, this takes me back to the update, restart loop.
Looking at the restart log, is shows the server crashed around 40 minutes ago when the memory usage hit over 32gig. The web interface shows the server was using just over 7gig.

While you're looking at things, can you see if the CPU is maxing out, I have an open ticket regarding the server FPS tanking and the ping spiking too. If the CPU is maxing out that would account for that too.

It's not maxing out, however, I'm going to try to see if moving the server to a different machine helps anyways just to be sure between the issue you mentioned earlier and the lag you're experiencing it may help resolve the issue. Give me a few minutes to get that done and I'll let you know once it's back up.

I'm currently having an memory leak, the server runs 4.5GB ram and when 2nd player joins my usage jumps to 20GB. and keeps going until it crashes.
Maybe your issue could be the same reason?

Funny you mention that - because the server would let me connect, then another player would join and crash to the memory leak. This did only happen twice
