When boarding a ship, knocking out an enemy can cause them to clip through the ship and disappear. When this happens, the enemy is not counted toward the “enemies slain” total.
This issue occurs most reliably when using the Crusher weapon. If the enemy is knocked down by the weapon’s effect and falls to the floor, they will despawn after laying on the ground.
