Since the update Nitrado server is only staying up for about 5 minutes before stopping.

It could be, but if it can't start Nitrado would be the best poeople to look what is going on in there

Hey! I went to look at your server but noticed that when I search the user ID you mentioned, the has no server services currently.

Could you verify your ID is correct? Otherwise, if the server is operated by another Nitrado user could you have them make a post with. their User ID and provide a brief description on what's so we can look into it?

We've had some clients report a restart loop after the update and then the server working after some time, I assume this has also happened to you?

I am just checking the logs just in case I can find anything.

The server seems stable for now I've downloaded the server logs for us to have them and to check internally for any hosting issues.

Thanks Erin. I think keep the logs for now for reference and we close this off so I’m not taking up too much time
