Can you please tell me if you can start a Host on your own from the game>
yes i can host but when he tries to join he gets the same issue

im stuck here currently for 45 mins

yes we can both host servers individually but once we try to join each other it is an infinite loading screen
can you and your frind do this for me please:
Win + R - Enter "cmd"- press Enter
and paste these thees links in there (one by one, pressing enter after each time you enter a string) and show me screenshots afterwards:

can you tell me where are you from? and what is the name of your ISP?

gotcha... so Spectrum is one of the ISP taht blokced us for some reason, and sent our support domain to balcklistm, thes is the most likely cause for you not to be able to join. They should have an app called something like.... Spectrum Shield or Spectrum Security
do you happen to know how to access it?
we have both disabled that and enabled UPNP
we are investigating this and treying to reach out to them, but had no luck so fat
can you try rebooting your PCs and rounters as well? if you hvan't donw this yet?
we have both restarted the routers and modems as well as done a full power cycle on the pcs as per the FAQ page on the site
do you hink you can try to connect your PC via a hot spot from your mobile phone and see if you can start a host game after this?
i also tried that a bit earlier to connect i even used a vpn on my phone after the initial attempt and still nothing

only after installing you need to make sure you also turn it on, it's off by default
he is trying to open the application after install but it wont open
same thing i have been stuck at a loading screen for several minutes trying to load in

we figured it out a while ago but its the same loading loop
im trying to host now to see if he can join me
he is unable to join me
so neither one of us can join still regardless of who hosts
did he try to reboot his PC? after installin this app? Can he try to do it and see if he can load it?
yes we both rebooted after we installed cloudflare warp and verified game files before we launched
im sorry i mean cloudflare is working but the game still has a loading loop trying to get into the servers together i should have worded that better my apologies

i have it installed i had it turned on when i tried to join your server as well
can you try connect back to your hotspot and try to connect to this server with WARP turned on?

Server logs are located here:
R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Saved\Logs
To get there, open Steam, find Windrose in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files. From there, archive the files in the Logs folder and share them with us.
Please name your logs in a way that describes the problem, for example: Crashedwhile_fighting_Dodo.log

Please close the game before archiving your saves!
If you are playing on a dedicated server:
• Stop both the client and the dedicated server.
• Find and archive your server logs and world save.

To get there, open Steam, find Windrose Dedicated Server in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files (or go to the folder where your Windrose Dedicated Server is stored).
