#Infinite Loading on Title Screen

I am a Japanese user. This is a direct translation, so it may be difficult to read.

When I launch the game, ambient sounds play and a loading message appears, but the screen does not change even after waiting for several tens of minutes.

Also, even when the title screen appears, only an "Exit" button is displayed in the lower left corner, and I cannot start the game.

I am using Windows 10, and there is sufficient free space on both the SSD and HDD.

I have tried updating and clean installing the GPU driver, verifying integrity, disabling Ethernet IPv6,
opening the properties of Windrose.exe in the installation folder and changing it to Windows 7/8 compatibility mode to launch directly from the executable file,
deleting the demo version, etc., but the game will not launch from either Steam or Epic Games.

I have also tried the troubleshooting steps on the official website, such as allowing the game through the firewall, switching DNS, clearing the DNS cache,
setting up port forwarding, and disabling Hyper-V, but there was no change.

There are no crashes during startup or gameplay.

What is your windows user profile name is? Is it in latin? We are aware that game has issues with getting to %appdata% if profile name uses non-english letters in it :(

Yes, it's in Latin letters.

Is it your first time launching the game?

No, I was able to play it once on April 15th, but when I launched it today, it was in this state.

Cloud save data couldn't be synced, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, so I currently have no save data.

Ok, then you can do the following

#

Disable steam cloud saves, then delete following folder - %localappdata%\R5\Saved\

Your progress will be lost but since you've said that you have no save data that should not be an issue

I have the same issue. I don't have non-standard characters. It's happening on both my laptop and desktop.

I disabled Steam Cloud Saves and then deleted the save data in %localappdata%\R5\Saved, but it didn't change anything.

Can you give me log file please
