Have 2 rows of slots with backpack, removing backpack still only have 2 rows of slots. Crafting new backpack makes no difference, still only 2 rows of slots.

Hey, do have any mods installed atm, or at any time before the patch? i justed tested all 3 backpacks in my solo & online save, they all work.
If you don't have/had mods previous to the patch, could you try a game repair via steam? Sadly i can't reproduce you error atm. 🙁

It might be that. I will remove all mods and try again, I only discovered mods (for Windrose anyway) last night, and the update was this morning so I might be misdiagnosing. I will post back when I have tried it.

It was that. I used Vortex to install the mods, and it did not remove mods when I told it to, manually deleting the mods from the PAK folder fixed it. I did have to take off the backpack and put it back on for it to work though.
