I was able to access the website with your server's webinterface. You may need to clear your browser cache and/or cookies based on that error and log back in after.
As for the server, would you mind if I download the save file then reinstall the server and reapply the save file? (This will take a bit of time for the download and reupload. You don't need to do anything though, I would be the one taking care of it and let you know once it's done)
Let me know if you're cool with that and I'll get it started.

Glad that's working. Let me see if we can get you up and running. Also do have in mind once the reinstall is done, it should be the newest version of Windrose since they just did an update. Make sure your client is also up to date!

Just to keep you posted I'm still downloading those files. The save files can get pretty large so it can take a while for me to get them downloaded and uploaded.

Unfortunately, as much as I'd like to have a clear answer to this, common issues are still being investigated at this point.
It is a new game and is still in early access. Our team is working alongside the developers to ensure any issues, bugs or otherwise get resolved on all sides as quickly and effectively as possible.

The invite code may have changed due to reinstallation. Ensure it matches the one on the webinterface.

Are you copying/pasting the password? Or typing it?
If you're copying/pasting make sure there aren't any extra blank space characters before or after as that can sometimes happen.
You might also try restarting your game just to be sure there's nothing client-side that could be causing isues in this case.
