Thanks for the report, we'll look into this.
Can you provide your logs from the session it happened?
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\Logs
All of these are all PC reboots that happened with my intel arc card
Thanks for the details, we'll look into this.
Yall are great, Love the game and I am very excited to keep playing. Thanks for the transparency on everything!
I just want to mention I'm a ARC B580 user with a Ryzen 7 5700x and have 0 issue but i run on an outdated driver from, i believe, end of January. If that can help anyone or the devs.
I also have 32go DDR4 3200Mhz, SSD, Windows 11 up to date and all the other drivers should be up to date but the GPU one.
And now I'll absolutely not upgrade my drivers in case it's the latest version that doesn't like the game
I mean - if it is something that can reliably help at least some people, we'll add to our potential soltions list
I read another user on Steam saying he was also running an outdated driver and not having issue. I have no clue which version he was running though. So rolling back could be something to try. Hopefully Intel update the driver soon and make it compatible with Windrose. Running on outdated drivers not ideal for security reasons.
Good luck guys π
@wary garnet Can you try rolling back your drivers to see if it helps?
Yes, I can give it a shot when I get home
That's the version I have just in case it matter. π
Thatβs the one Iβm currently installing
I have been playing for an hour straight. No Issues so far
@sick tapir this is the version I rolled back to
I was able to paly for 3 straight hours no problems
Let's hope Intel release a new driver soon that will be full compatible with Windrose.
Sounds like your redemption now will be to rollback to previous version I shown just above your post. Hopefully either devs or Intel can fix it so we can go to back to the latest version and it works!
