Im playing on my dedicated server through GPortal. Whenever I set sail in my dinghy or first ship, my sailing speed has huge instant speed drops that stall and stutter the ships movement. Even the steering animation stutters and stalls. Im running a 5090 and no other part of the game is struggling, my internet is 250mbs up via Starlink. Any ideas how I fix this or what could be causing it? Im not seeing a similar issue on other streams or gameplay videos.
