Issue with Nitrado server. | Windrose | Page 1

When I connect to server I crash to desktop or back to main menu.

I had this issue on the Miami data center last night. A Nitrado tech had a test server for me to try and I was able to get in.
They gave me a refund so I could try a different data center. I reordered and took one on NY data center. First log in was flawless. I then set server name and password. I then had an issue from then on that I get kicked back to main menu or crash to desktop the first time I try to log in.
**Today I can not log in at all. **
I uninstalled / reinstalled. I got the problem where when I hit Join server option My client would lock up. Verify files in steam fixes that issue. (I also had this issue last night and verify fixed the freezing).

Yeah i get the crash mostly but the steam recording just ends.

I would say this issue with the game crashing could be related more to the game itself, or have noticed if the server restarts when this happens?

For the main menu issue, have you already tried with a VPN or if you are using one to disable it?

I have not tried with VPN.
I am able to Connect to the test server Luna gave me (last nights ticket)
I noticed my server was just rebooted and i was able to connect 3 times in a row.
If you applied a patch or something that resolved the issue on my server for now.

If its game related but i can join a single player world with no problems but cant join any server ive verified files ive downloaded the game and reinstalled doesnt work even my friend rebooted the server that didn’t work

So it has to be server based issues

@stuck lance i was playing on the server just fine when the game launched i was just on the server last night no problems joining going back and forth from single player to the server but today i couldn’t join at all

Do you happen to have another connection option such as a hotspot to test with? If so, are you able to join through that? Otherwise, you might try using a VPN if you haven't already.

Ive tried vpn and i cant use my hotspot in my house as mine barely works in it🤣
