Been having problems since yesterday, Havnt heard anything back seems like my ticket has been disregarded as i have heard no word for a while now (about 20 hours). At first the server would not load at all. after a while it did load then some people couldnt join. After a while more those people could join. server was good for a few hours. This morning my team had started to try to join the server with no luck. I've reset it multiple times, I've checked for corrupted files and still no success. they were trying to log in all day with no luck and I just got home from work a few hours ago with the same outcome.

I'm sure the involved parties are aware of this issues, but in I will also forward this case to help in any way we can to investigate further too, but for now, I cannot tell if there's a way to prevent it.

ok, i see the backups i will talk with my group and see what they want to do i should be able to restore myself after we come to a decision. one last question. so yesterday when the server was not working i was givin the same advice except at this time there were no backups as nitrado said it wasn
t needed. after a while the server just fixed itself, maybe from maintenance on nitrado side. is this a possibility again? or is it a different issue and most likely will not be fixed?
it was the same exact problem but i was never told a save file was crashing so im not sure what was found but my ticket should still be open if that helps?

I highly doubt it since the logs shows isses while trying to access the save file, I have already downloaded your save file and logs to forward them to our team for further investigation.

Hi @vapid terrace we used the oldest save file (apr 15) this seems to have fixed our connection problem
