Hello @agile nymph ,
I just purchased a server from Nitrado and cannot join in game [Server not found]. I know you have a lot of requests right now, but here is my info:

Nitrado ID: 12939179.
Location: Texas.
ISP: ATT.
App allowed through firewall.

My friend who is in Florida under Cox internet cannot join either.
The server is fresh and I have not been able to initially connect to it.

I am curious to see if we are able to look into the backend, or if we are able to switch the Server location from LA to NY or whatever you think might be best.

cool, thank you!

#

were you able to start a Host in the game?

proven ferry
#

I hosted a game last night and friends were able to join. Trying again now.

#

Hosting a game is confirmed working.

#

Trying different VPN locations now

#

VPN does not work (Tried Chicago, Dallas, and LA through NORD)

We need <@&1494048605265465539> here to look at this

I successfully connected to a friend's hosted server last night (non dedicated). And it looks like I can connect to your server/invite code as well.

lethal copper
#

this is also a Nitrado machine.

#

have you tried rebooting Nitrado server through their interface?

proven ferry
#

Strange. Yes I have rebooted several times. Removed password as well.

#

My best guess (and I’m not an IT professional by any means) is something tied to the server location for the Nitrado server. I have chosen Los Angeles for mine.

Might also just be some backend stuff needing Nitrado attention. It looks like they did something similar in other threads that were successful.

Hard to tell sir. With your VPN arsenal you should be getting anywhere...

#

Can you please try to connect to the server and send m elogs please

@proven ferry Hello there, I'm Gabriela from Nitrado Support, we had a similar case from someone using Cox, and it worked for him to change the location of the server to Frankfurt, there's a high chance that there are some network or firewall rules affecting your connection to the server.

Would you like to test with a server located in Frankfurt?

proven ferry
#

Sure! Thank you.
Ideally my server location remains in the US, as my group is all located in the US, but for diagnostic purposes, let's try a different location.

Try to connect to this server, please @proven ferry

I can connect.

spare pivot

That server is located in Frankfurt, I would recommend you check if you have a firewall interrupting the connection, or check if you can attempt to use a VPN or another network to test, if moving the server to Frankfurt is not desired.

proven ferry

I already tried to use Nord VPN locations in Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. That did not work. Is it possible to move my server location to New York instead of Los Angeles? Is there a NY Test server that we can use where we can test that connection before doing so?

spare pivot
#

Yes, I can assist youwith that, hold on

#

Try to join this server, is based in New York:

It states server not found. It looks like it is just an issue with the US servers (LA and NY). If my server needs to be moved to Frankfurt to work, then I'd like to do so if you can help me with that

Hello! Just to follow up, were you still having issues with this? If so let me know and we'll give it a try moving it to Frankfurt.

@sudden canyon @spare pivot
I did not make any changes and tried connecting to the server. I am able to connect to it. Did any of you change anything on the back end? If so, I recommend noting it for anyone who is encountering the same issue as me.
