Just to get some basic understanding:
1 - you can play an offline game
2 - when you try to host a game you get into loading screen and then after some time it returns you to main menu
3 - you try to connect to a friends' server and it also returns you to main menu after the loading screen
does that sound correct?

In the website its mentioned in the beginning that proper response. For nslookup should be IPv4 only

yes... so we do have this issue that are surviced get balcklisted by certain ISPs... we are investigating this and trying to resolve this issue but it's very hard.
