I am having the same issue as most of the folks in previous posts. My server says it's running but I cannot access it. Is there a chance for some support please? Thank you. Purchased 4/14/26.

Seems to be connectivity issue. Please check options from our FAQ - https://playwindrose.com/faq/

If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of player reported it helped them, so you may try that out.

Keeping in mind every Host Company has the ability to set up their own UI for people to use. Some have files hidden away that others do not. Been a long time since I used on for that reason.

On thing that you can try on your PC that works with other games.
Log out of Steam 100% and shut it down. Make sure it is shutdown. Then start back up and try again. This resets stuff with Steam and has helped with issues over in Icarus. It may not work for you however it can not hurt anything to try. Also keep this in mind for other game servers when you have issue finding the server or connecting.
Every little thing you try can not hurt only help. Hope this helps you at some point some day.
Seems most of the issues in this channel are above my head but if I help one so be it.
