I just rented a server and did all the setup. I cannot connect to my server via the invite code.

So what we have noticed, Xfinity is blocking our support servers and it causes connection issues

ONe of other xfinity users used this tool to check connectivity

he checked these two

And probably submitted verifications request

And after that everything was fine

Man im so upset with my nitrado server and not being able to connect to it. This is so fusterating

early access woes, and things out of their control. It happens, but at least identifying these issues means it'll all run smoother in the (hopefully near) future. Nevertheless, understandably frustrating lol

Seems the EU version of the above links is cleared, but my xfinity is blocking the KR link. Received update that they've escalated it for review. Hopefully see something soon

I am still struggling to connect though. Same issues. I notice on Nitrado that the server just keeps restarting itself, sometimes even staying down entirely. When I search for it in game with the invite code, nothing is found. I usually wait for the server to show running when searching for it.

I am gonna do the daunting task of uploading my offline world to the server, so I may be back asking for help if I mess it up LOL

I've uploaded my save to the server and the server is just in a constant restart loop. Should it be restarting this many times?

It's been about 20 minutes

So it restarted over and over for about 25 minutes and then just stopped and was offline.

Checking back in. Server is able to start now, but still restart looping (I know ya'll are busy, just updating what I'm seeing after a few hours hoping it would fix itself lol)
