Yes, exactly. Since the problem is not the same as in my other ticket, I took the liberty of creating a new ticket for this different issue.

I don't really understand why, because we were playing, the server restarted by itself, and we've had this problem ever since.
So what can we do to recover our server? Or at least restore a backup from just a few minutes before the bug?
Most likely because of the current early access of the game, it is common for corruption issues to occur in these cases
The available backups on your server can be seen on the Restore Backup option on your server web interface, the time stamps on them are based on the Germany time zone
There are no other backups available besides the ones that can be seen there
Restoring a server backup could potentially resolve the issue, but I understand since yesterday that you don't want to lose any progress, so our team of specialists have been reviewing the possibility to recover your save without having to rollback or completely reinstall
And that is the situation up to date, it is still under review
At the moment, we still do not have a definitive answer
But we have seen symptoms of a corruption issue

That decision is up to you. You can either wait for a definitive update on the status of your save, although recovery is not guaranteed, or proceed with restoring a backup.
Additionally, you can manually create a backup of your current server files by connecting via FTP and downloading them to your computer. This allows you to preserve the current state before attempting a backup restore
Do you have a guide or anything for creating a copy of our current world on my PC, please? I think I'll try restoring from the backup tonight.

By following the instructions on the guide, you could simply download the main server folders, so that you can have a copy of them

So the server is working but our progress isn't there (the quests are there where we left off but the map is empty and our house isn't there, as if it were a new server with our character)

This might be a silly question, but do I need to create a new Nitrado account, and then you can transfer my server to that new account? I don't know if that's possible or not.

Hi, I don't know why my other ticket disappeared. I'm still having the server restart loop problem and I still can't access the "backup" server because it says "server not found".
I restored a backup from before the bug to see if the server was working. Indeed, with this restoration, the server is working fine, but I've lost 10 hours of work on it. Also, there's no guarantee that the server will be working several hours later. However, this confirms that a file is corrupted. Is there any way to fix this corrupted file problem, or is it a lost cause? @mortal swan (sorry you'rre the only one online)

Apologies on the delay. I'm in contact with our team. They are still working alongside the studio to try to investigate this issue further.
Though, as an idea since an update just dropped. One thing we could try is to stop the server that is restart looping and have it make a new world temporarily. If it starts with a new world it then have the new patch and afterwards we could try loading up the main save you have.
If you'd like to try that let me know and I can get that done for you.

We already created a new server yesterday on Nitrado, but the server can't be found when you search for it. We can still try again; I'm available.
I think there are two possible solutions: either you can repair the corrupted file so we can recover our save file as it was, or I have to restore the save and replay the 10 hours of gameplay, but am I sure that this save won't corrupt another file? I don't know.

Let me share some background info to help you with your decision: We are seeing some reports about corrupted save games, but they are very rare compared to the number of servers we are running. Our current working theory is that this is more likely to occur as a result of a game server crash, but we have no definitive findings yet.
From my personal point of view it is unlikely that your backup save file is already "bad" in a way that would trigger a corruption later. Corruption is much more likely to occur in situations like the game server crashing while its currently writing its save.
On the other hand, I would say that the chances of "repairing" such a corrupted save file is low. Because it typically means that data is missing from the save, and there is not really a way for us to retrieve those missing parts.
I personally would recommend to pick up at the 10 hour mark again. The alternative would be to wait for an uncertain amount of time for something that might not even restore your previous progress.
