Very sorry that you had issues with the game and can not play with your friends.
Just a little clarification. Is it a rented dedicated server or a self hosted dedicated server?

Win + R - Enter "cmd"- press Enter
and paste these thees links in there (one by one, pressing enter after each time you enter a string) and show me screenshots afterwards:

I've already tried DNS lookup/ Firewall reset + re-allow/ Network reset/ disable IPv6
Do you know which Nitrado server your friend picked? Which location?
