The server is running and set up properly.
The loadingscreen pops up, after putting in the right invite code + password combination for about 30 seconds - and then crashes back to menu.
We restarted the server using the Nitrado web control panel.
The server and client versions match and the server is using ram, in the web overlay.
This is our Nitrado user ID: 11491987

EDIT: It now shows the message "incorrect password" when returning to the main menu, but the password is definetly correct.

After it kicked you and wouldn't allow you to connect again, was there any sort of message in the game? If so what did it say? And is the error when trying to enter still wrong password, or was there a different error?

It only showed wrong password as an error Message. Even After changing it and stopping/restarting the server
We used the password from FTP Access.
