just paid for a nitrado server and trying to get connected to it with my friends. nobody has been able to join after me restarting the server and waiting multiple hours now. passwords have been reset and all.

the invite code displayed in the web interface. And interestingly, no password, which I guess is an issue we should investigate
When you are entering the invite code, does your server appear and only the later connection fails, or is the server not shown at all?

It is only giving me a connection error now with no password.

So for me, without password, I am getting "Incorrect Password" now, but when I use the password from the config (https://webinterface.nitrado.net/19024826/wi/filebrowser/edit?filepath=windrose%2FR5%2FServerDescription.json), it connects.
