What kind of server you are using? host from the game, self hosted dedicated server? rental dedicated server?

SO yea... o2 has this thing called O2 security which blocks certain protocols (which we unfrotunately use) if you don't have a public IP. They can assign a public IP to you but they charge for it.

We are working on a fix that could potentially help to overcome this block, but we are not 100% sure it would be completely resolved.
