Hi I have gone through Nitrado and purchased my own server when the game released I was able to join the server. Then Kraken put up a hotfix update. After I did the update I have not been able to join my own server. I got fustrated, requested a refund from Nitrado. Went and purchased a Server through Gportal Created a new world and still not able to join the New server I just put up. Had done it all Game verification, Uninstalled, Deleted folders, checked windows update, checked my graphics I have tried everything. All I get is the Menu select to join my server, It then goes to Loading screen then either puts me back to the Menu or Closes my game. And to make it worst my community member are able to join the server no problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I can get into and solo and also Host a game with no problem the only problem I am having is joining a server I have created

okay... for some reaons Spectrum has added our domain to balck list.
They should have an app that is called Security Shield.. or Spectrum Shield... something like that
if you can go tehre and remove the block from windrose.support it should work fine (fingers crossed)

Hi, I have the same issue too. My mate hosted on Gportal. 3 of us. 2 of them can join, I entered, did the initial boat cutscene and after that it just kicks me out
1 of them started playing a bit before hand (shares ISP with me) another guy started brand new.

I had a LvL 4 character was able to Local Host but could not join the server. completely gutted all my windrose files installed again and I get the same result. No don't have a VPN

When you did the Hotfix update thats when all this happen so don't know if it had to do with the update and it changed something. Ok give me a sec

I can do local Host and Solo just can't join the server I purchased!!!! Everyone else in my community are able to get in no problem
The serve is just not letting me in for some reason

all routers have differnt ui and how to access them.
some have apps, if your ISP provided you with an app that you use to controll access it could be htere somewhere.
But we can try:
Open your browser
Enter your router IP (usually one of these): 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
Log in with your router credentials

To get there, open Steam, find Windrose in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files. From there, archive the files in the Logs folder and share them with us.
Please name your logs in a way that describes the problem, for example: Crashedwhile_fighting_Dodo.log
(2) HOW TO FIND SAVES
Your saves are located here:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
Please close the game before archiving your saves!
If you are playing on a dedicated server:
• Stop both the client and the dedicated server.
• Find and archive your server logs and world save.
Dedicated server logs are located here:

Dedicated server saves are located here:
R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
To get there, open Steam, find Windrose Dedicated Server in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files (or go to the folder where your Windrose Dedicated Server is stored).
Please close the dedicated server before archiving your saves.
(3) Please also include your DxDiag report
This is your PC specifications in .txt format:
• Press Win + R.
• Type dxdiag and press Enter.
• When the tool opens, click Save All Information.

its probly that hotfix they pushed frist day aperntly most ppl had no problems - then patch - ended in problems

but yea like i was saying the 14th ppl had no issues all was good supdly a patch got pushed out now all these connection problems
What I am thinking is that patch got put out and peoples IP got banned

hey, If you have deleted the SavedProfiles folder while trouple shootign and didnt create a copy, i'm afraid you character is gone :(((
can you look in the Recylce Bin if you deleted it manualy it could still be there?

just open that r5 folder in trash bin and send me a screenshot what's sinde don't go too deep yet
