Unexpected error. When I start to host, it gets me back to menu

Maybe I cant join because of Ipv6?

I think port 3478 is not supported. Which is absolutely absurd this is something I need to deal with

yes it looks like PIv6 priority is higher then IPv4 it could be an issue

but before we do this, can you provide a little bit more information on what issue you are having.

You can play Offline jsut fine
The issu is that when you are trying to Host a server you get kciked out to the Main Menu

okay, ther esi a problem here. looks like the issue is that your ISP is banning windrose.support domain for some reason and you need to have access to it in order to connect to your firends.
We do not know why it is happening, we are investigating it.

do you know if your internet provider has an app or a website where it shows banned sites?

their support shoul be available 24\7 i think, can you try sending them an email or calling them?

but please try to reach out to your ISP, and it's not big of a problem for you, can you please ask them why we've got into their bad list? we are tyring to figure it out now.... but it's tricky

Well I tried everything with my router, and it didn't work, so I think the main culprit will be something called O2 Security, which blocks suspicious websites. But I will call my ISP. Is there a fix coming for this?

And I think it's because my IP address is private and not public

so hard to tell when the fix is going to happen. really hope that it would happen soon!

Hello. So it seems it’s my ISP has some setting that doesn’t allow NAT and setting up ports without private ip address. I would need to have public, which is paid for

Yes, the support confirmed it. The problem is my IPv4 address, which is not public, so the game cant reach it. My ISP is O2 in Czech Republic.

The easy fix is to pay for the public IP. But as I said, this is one game from all games I play which doesn't work, so I can't pay solely for this.

Hello. Yes, this one of the option, but I talked to someone from my ISP and they told me the issue is in NAT and ports. Hotspot works or VPN works too. Do you plan to have your own servers? I think that would solve these problems tbh

we do not plan to do this as of now. sorry about that. but just giing you a heads up that there is a possible solution that you might have without using vpn. we are trygin to reach out to various USPs to see if they can do something for us

It’d be worth getting someone to dump the cert that’s coming back from the mitm that curl showed, it’ll likely have some provenance information - might well be something other than the ISP and it will typically be actioned closer to the machine like an internet security app
