I try to my friend account and my account with play windrose in gforcenow. 2 Accounts stuck in loading screen always. My friend try to own account and my account him own pc. Game opened normaly.
But if i try to first login gforce my cloud save not open to normal pc system. Same issue contiune to my computer.

Unfortunately while playing on GFN you can not access teh save file directory and delete the save to fix this issue.
What you can try to do is submit a suppoer ticket to GFN, saying something like:
Hello<
I am tryting to play the game WIndrose and it looks like my save files were corrupted and I can not boot up into the game. Developper suggest for my cases to delete files that are usually located here when just playing through Steam: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SavedProfiles
Do you believe you can try to delete SaveProfiles folder for me so I can try to play the game?

unfortunately I can not verify that this soplution works, we have reached out to GFN but haven't heard back yet. You can try submitting a ticjet or wait untill we hear from GFN if there's an easier way to fix this.
