Press Win+R, paste %LOCALAPPDATA% there
in the folder find R5 folder, there should be "Saved" folder, please add it to archive and send to me

- turn off game
- disable steam cloud saved and delete them
- delete this R5\Saved folder
- launch the game

That might be the case as well
Try using simple english name for windows user, it might help as well
