It says to board the unsinkable but any time I board it, it just sinks so I'm just stuck and can't progress

It's letting me board the ship now but nothing happens im so confused I kill the pirates but they just respawn @worldly basin

Can you provide a screenshot of your full game screen during the boarding? Do you have any boarding related UI elements, like a counter how many pirates you need to kill?

Same for me, ship sunk and questmarker remains with no quest update
Solo game btw, so no respawn - stopped playing until this is fixed because i dont fell like starting all over again

My girlfriend is having the same issue. I submitted a bug report. She goes in solo, with her ship and kills the required pirates. The quest doesn't update and the Unsinkable, sinks. We've done this solo, with friends, and different boats. All result in her still not progressing the quest.

To progress this quest you have to start boarding of the Unsinkable, win the boarding and go into Unsinkable's hold after that.
