Game tabs out when clicking near 2nd monitor

When I'm scrolling to the right, and click. My game tabs out like I'm on my 2nd monitor. I'll be fighting a drowned or boar, swipe right on my mousepad, and then click and it'll tab out to discord instead of attacking or blocking

Ensure the game runs in either Windowed Fullscreen or in Fullscreen mode at native resolution of your monitor.

Other than screen res mismatch, this is one of your apps doing, gaining focus over the game.
Some mouse software does this (Synergy and alike).
