Friend can't find server via invite code

as nice as that is for people, I don't feel like we should have to download other applications to find a game server. thank you though!

I understand, I know it'll get ironed out. I just don't like asking my friends to change network settings etc to join right now. hopefully they find a fix and are able to release it for those struggling!

I haven't had to do anything to join my server. it is just my friend who is failing to find the server via invite code

Hello there jsut to make sure I understand correctly. You tired two server providers and they both had the same issue?

I was able to connect to both via the invite code, my friend was able to connect to the Bisect one, just after they had to update for the first hotfix but we had to goto bed because it was late Australian time. We wake up, and they can't find the server again, and in recently joined servers it is Grey'd out despite being online and me being on it. I tried G-Portal just to see if it was a Bisect issue, and they still couldn't find the server via Invite code for that either. they had Restarted their steam and game multiple times

My ping is 15ms but when my friend join me on coop his ping is 317ms on same network we even tried hosting the game on a dedicated server in the office then both our ping is 300ms plus also same network and isp

Very sorry to ping you, but have your problem been fiexd? I assume @queen delta is a Bisect representative who lurks around, perhaps he could help you.

Unfortunately since Ghouly can connect the odds its anything on our end is fairly low. Would be interested to see if installing 1.1.1.1 like Indifferent mentioned; cause that would atleast point some fingers on whats going on ~ I saw the same happen w/ Hytales QUIC network system causing trouble for random users and requiring Cloudflare Warp to get around; so cant say its surprising to me! 👀

With that tho, if youd like feel free to reach out to our team @north yacht ~ Cant guarentee they can fix the problem here since it seems related to the other network related ones going about but we can atleast make sure its nothing networking wise outside the game (like a bad route or whatever else) 👍

@final wind @queen delta thank you both for your time, I forgot to mention, because too busy sailing the seas! That the issue has since been resolved, first via my friend willing to try 1.1.1.1 and now they have no need for it I believe, not sure exactly why or if it was because of the previous update but we're having a blast now!
