Three most common fixes that helped people:

• disabling IPv6
• switching to cloudflare or google dns - 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
• whitelisting *.windrose.support with your ISP (problem prevalent with EU providers)

More rare causes:

• Disabling HyperV if you're using it

Seems your pings are really bad, it goes high above 200ms and it can't establish p2p connection
