Hello i have an issue don't know how to deal with.
I host the windrose server on my own Linux server in my house. on other survival games i have to connect to the game server via my internal IP while my friends join via Server names etc.
Windrose does not have an option to join via internal IP so i cant join my own server unless i use a VPN
is there anyway to do this or will have to VPN myself always?

#

if i do not join with a VPN I either have loading screen into kicked to the main menu or my game crash

#

we are a group of 6 and im the host, everyone else can join but me

#

i can make a private game (single player) no issues but cant join at all

Hey there! Sorry to hear you are encountering issues.

Can you check if you are using IPv6 protocol, we are having issues with this one, switching to IPv4 helped alot of people?

Just to make sure... you can connect while using VPN. but can not connect without it?

#

we've received reports that some ISP flag our backend site as malware and this could cause issues connecting. Does your IPS has any site or app that shows blocked sites?

We joined our hosted server via invite code. Seems to work perfectly.
